ORDERING
● Please give the right and complete information that we need to avoid any confusion. Changing of details with your address, phone number and name without prior notice is not the sellers responsibility

● Ordering from our non - onhand items or pre order gos means that you are willing to wait atleast 3-7 weeks after shipment from the kr address
● All onhand items will be process atleast 3- 7 days that includes sorting and packing of your orders
● For our normal ETA we can't avoid any delays specialy during holidays, natural calamities or custom issues, if we was able to provide tracking number of the box we will not do refunds for those who can't wait
● We will provide 100% refund if we were not able to ship the items for as good as 8-12 weeks
● STRICTLY NO CANCELATION OF ORDERS. We will not provide any refunds for your paid and canceled order to compensate us for any damages that has been made
PRODUCT
● All merchandise that we are selling are all official, not replicas and made from korea unless stated
● For sealed items and has factory defect such as missing photocard, scratches, missing inclusion and ripped pages is totally out of our control
● Priority for distribution like pooling of photocards and album inclusions is first to pay basis
PAYMENT
● We only accept payment through the following methods:
1. BPI and BPI Transfers
2. BDO and BDO Transfers
3. Gcash to Gcash, if over the counter please make sure to add atleast 2% of your total balance
● For COD through shopee we will be adding 3% to your total balance as shopee tax
● Other payments made via other means or third party account through our given bank account like shopee pay transfer without our permission is prohibited
● Follow the deadline of payment of your orders, late fee charges may apply.
● By giving fake proof of payment we will automatically cancel all of your orders from us, without refunds
● Please answer and follow all the steps of paying your orders that we provide through email or direct message
● If you failed to send your payment on the given deadline, your order will be automatically cancelled.
SHIPPING
● Give us time to sort and pack all orders after the arrival of boxes
● Check all the shipping details that we will be sending through emails
● We check and ensure that all items are in good condition before sending it to our customers
● The customers may change their shipping details BEFORE the order's arrival
● We will post the tracking number of your order on our masterlist for tracking purposes
● Once the parcel has been shipped, status of the parcel solely depends on the courier
● Choosing the courier of the item is the buyers responsibility, we highly recommend to use direct courier such as j&t and gogoexpress specialy items that exceed ₱1000.00
● We will put the total amount of your item if you choose direct courier, this will serve as protection fee and please expect additional charges
● Missing items for those who choose shopee checkout is not our responsibility, we will not compensate or do refunds for the chosen courier
● Additional shipping fee due to sudden increase of shipping rates made by the courier while a batch is still in process should be shouldered by the customer
● Depending on the actual total size or weight, we reserve the right to adjust the customer's shipping fee
● If there is any discrepancy on our end with the items delivered to you, kindly inform us as soon as you receive your order. We will provide atleast 5% compensation of the total items
